I was lucky enough to have Mahin assigned as my realtor when I relocated from Pennsylvania to Maryland after taking my new job in Gaithersburg. I had changed jobs during 2021 when there were still pandemic restrictions and the housing market was very challenging with homes going above asking price and 20 offers in 24 hours of posting with waiving inspection and walkthrough. Mahin took me to look at over 20 homes in the surrounding area over several weekends. She often would drive me to the showings and talk about the area with her extensive years of experience as a realtor in this area and also to give me a lay of the land as we drove around. In the end, she helped me negotiate and land an offer on a house for under the asking price.
